Description
Flash website design using the same opensource page turning ActionScript as the Dead On Arrival project (some little tweaks were made to improve the usability and to ensure that the tab links worked). The website design, like the print material created for the exhibition (a series of invites, posters and flyers based on this theme) was inspired by the idea of the website being like an artist's sketchbook/portfolio or a yearbook style design. The main purpose of the website was to accompany the said print promotional material to help people find out more about the art exhibition and get them to turn up.
The website was fortunate enough to be recognised by other designers on WebForumz as website of the month (WOTM) of November 2007. I was also asked to speak about the design for online design newsletter/magazine "Creative Coding"
