I co-founded Cyber-Duck and grew it from a small agency into an award-winning digital transformation consultancy, culminating in its successful acquisition by CACI in 2023. Since then, I have led CACI’s Experience Design business unit, setting strategic direction, standardising ways of working, and building multidisciplinary capability.
I mentor and develop practitioners and leaders, fostering environments where teams consistently do their best work and deliver measurable impact.
I am recognised as a BIMA Hot 100 award winner and regularly speak internationally on user-centred, inclusive, and sustainable design, using this platform to raise standards and influence practice across the industry.

I lead CACI’s Experience Design business unit, setting direction for how research, service design, and user experience design operate and scale across complex programmes of work. I have delivered sustainable, profitable growth across the P&L and increased the team size by 60% in the process. I define and evolve our propositions, play a critical role in securing new clients and winning bids, as well as partner with existing clients to provide design leadership and strategic direction.
