I co-founded Cyber-Duck and grew it from a small agency into an award-winning digital transformation consultancy, culminating in its successful acquisition by CACI in 2023. Since then, I have led CACI’s Experience Design business unit, setting strategic direction, standardising ways of working, and building multidisciplinary capability.

I mentor and develop practitioners and leaders, fostering environments where teams consistently do their best work and deliver measurable impact.

I am recognised as a BIMA Hot 100 award winner and regularly speak internationally on user-centred, inclusive, and sustainable design, using this platform to raise standards and influence practice across the industry.

I also played a key role in proposition development, client strategy, business growth and the integration of Cyber-Duck following its acquisition by CACI.

I lead digital and data for the Stroke Association, helping the organisation use technology, insight and user-centred ways of working to grow its impact for people affected by stroke.

The role brings together digital, data and technology leadership with service transformation, organisational change and evidence-led decision-making. My focus is on strengthening foundations, improving how teams use insight, and enabling more joined-up support, influencing, research and supporter engagement.

Stroke Association exists to tackle the devastation of stroke, and its work depends on reaching people at the right moment, in the right way, with support that is accessible, personalised and effective.

I co-founded Cyber-Duck and helped grow it from a small agency into an award-winning digital transformation consultancy, culminating in its acquisition by CACI.

Across that journey, I built and scaled multidisciplinary teams, shaped our user-centred and inclusive design practice, and led complex digital programmes across public, private and third-sector organisations. My role combined strategy, delivery leadership, culture building, commercial growth and long-term client partnership.
